I Had My Right Tube Removed After An Ectopic Pregnancy

I had my right tube removed after an ectopic pregnancy on 30th December. Had slight bleeding for 5 days. Then no bleeding. Today, very heavy and bright red bleeding changing pad every 2 hours. Is this something to worry about or is this menstruation as the blood seems more bright and liquidy this time.
