I Had My Tip Of Finger Cauterized From Cut Knife

I had my tip of finger cauterized from cut knife 15 days ago, and now the wound turning black, thought that black from the cauterized it self, no swollen, no numb, don't have diabetic. I am 46 year old female, 5 feet 6, 127 pound. Thanks for help and time
