I Had My Tonisils Taken Out On The 8th Of

I had my tonisils taken out on the 8th of May 2016 and i keep getting the exact same symptoms and feelings in my throat as if i had tonsilitous. Its happened on a quite a few occasions now and i had it about 2 weeks ago where it was at its worse, i totally lost my voice and it came back properly after a week i was in pain talking and eating, had incredible migrains, a fever and was sick like a sack of mucus that had blood in it. I've now got the symptoms again but not as severe, just a sore throat, lots of flem and painful when swallowing. Should i be worried? Any advice?
