I Had My Tonsils Removed A Few Years Ago And

I had my tonsils removed a few years ago and now at the back of my throat I have red spots they keep bursting and they have spread to where my tonsils where and It has turned white and also has some black on them. I feel really lighthead and dizzy Much worse then when I had tonsillitis
