I Had My Tubes Done Ten Years Ago. I Have

I had my tubes done ten years ago. I have always had normal periods and on time usually about every 21 days. Two months after a longer than usual period for me I bleed during sex twice that week. The following month I had a lite three day period. Was extremely tired and dizzy. Couldn't even stand longer then a few minutes without feeling I was going to fall down. For three weeks mostly slept day and night. Last week I started feeling better except now my hair is falling out. Now my period was due four days ago and haven't started. I'm having anxiety and barley sleeping now.
