I Had My Tubes Tide Two Yrs From This Sat

I had my tubes tide two yrs from this sat coming and I had two days of vaginal bleeding and it stopped and all this week I been dizzy and sleeping a lot and been sick in the morning if I don't eat and did smoke cigs but I stopped smoke cold turkey it made me sick to smoke and my friend had lunch to go to work and I smelt it and it almost made me throw up and I pee a lot but I go lil everytime I go and more then usual and I started having sharp pains around my tummy and pains below my belly where my c section line is where I had all three my kids and I have some lil discharge from my left nipple can you plz help and I'm gonna take a test tomorrow to see the out come and if that is what I think it is then me and my hubby will be happy either way the out come is gonna be
