I Had My Tubes Tied 12 Years Ago. I Have

I had my tubes tied 12 years ago. I have not felt normal i have been exhausted and not myself for at least two weeks. the last four days I have been feeling a moment inside my stomach the same one i had when i was pregnant with both my boys. the moment has been by my belly button and i can lay and bed and watch it move. can you help me do you have any idea whats going on?
