I Had My Tubes Tied 4 Almost 5 Yrs Ago

I had my tubes tied 4 almost 5 yrs ago and have had no problems with my cycle they come every month on time until this month i had my cycle it started on the first ended on the third my normal 2-3 day thing i started bleeding yesterday which was the 26 day of September so that puts me at 2 periods this month and the bleeding isn't heavy but it is very dark i don't cramp i only had gas for like the last few weeks which is normal i was diagnosed with ruptured cyst on my right ovary last week could this be my problem i also had a negative PT
