I Had My Tubes Tied 7yrs Ago ,they Tied Them

I had my tubes tied 7yrs ago ,they tied them and burnt them . I went to doctor because my breast are very tender and some when she squeezed them a tiny bit of liquid came out. I've had morning sickness but the test came out negative. She is running tests but I feel pregnant. What can be wrong with me to feel pregnant? I've had five children and I feel the same way I did before. Please help
