I Had My Tubes Tied About 21 Years Ago And

I had my tubes tied about 21 years ago and am in the process of going through menopause. I did not have unprotected sex but I did have manual stimulation with someone and rubbing of his penis in my genital area. What are the possibilities of getting pregnant? I am only asking because this is the first time I have had a sexual act with someone the has not had a vasectomy.
