I Had My Tubes Tied Almost 6 Years Ago. Today

I had my tubes tied almost 6 years ago. Today my breasts started hurting/burning, a little swelling and im starting to lactate. I was never able to breast feed and i have 3 daughters. I have my menstrual 2 days a month and its mainly spotting with cramps. What could this mean? What should i do?
