I Had My Tubes Tied And Burnt 3 Years Ago.

I had my tubes tied and burnt 3 years ago. The first day of my last period was 8/17/2015 and now I have been spotting very little for the last 2-3 days. I dont know if it would be consider spotting, I see a little pink when I wipe, but i dont even need a panty liner. Just wondering what it could be. Im only 25 years old.
