I Had My Tubes Ties In July Of 2010 After

I had my tubes ties in July of 2010 after my 3rd live birth . However, I now have several symptoms of being pregnant. I am urinating ALL the time, I have weight gain in my stomach, certain smells are making me want to throw up, and I actually feel "flutters" and I have some discomfort in my lower abdomen (like pressure, not pain) But so far 2 home tests have been negative. My cycle has always been very irregular.
The last time I had any sign of bleeding was the 1st week of November and it was mostly light pink spotting.
