I Had My Tunes Tied Almost 11 Years Ago. For

I had my tunes tied almost 11 years ago. For the last couple of weeks I have been very tired. For the last 6 days have had nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, heartburn. I chalked it up to virus and 2 days ago started spotting. So thought maybe my period. But really haven't started bleeding like my normal cycle.
