I Had My Ultrasound Of My Thyroid. May I Know,heres

I had my ultrasound of my thyroid. May i know,heres the result. "Both thyroid gland shows smooth in contour w heterogenous echoe pattern and w coarse echoe texture.no focal lesions noted but w bright echoe at the left inferior pole.the thyroid irgthmus measures 3.5 mm in thickness. No focal lesions noted.
Remarks: normal isthmus ultrasonically. bilateral parenchymal disease of both thyroid w focal calcification at the left inferior pole.
