I had my uterus and cervix removed 10 years ago.For about the past 6 months, I have been having a light brown discharge on mypanty shield. For the past week,I’ve had irritation in my vaginal area when I walk. I bought Replense which is a lube for menopausal women( I’m 57) After I inserted the gel, I removed the applicator and at the tip of it, there was a dark yellow discharge and a brownish streak on it. I went to the er last night and they did a ct scan and said they saw no mass. But 1st doctor inserted a speculum and said he saw a yellowish glob in there. Then shift changed and a new doctor came in. He said “since I didn’t see inside, can I do an exam? “ I approved and started SCREAMING from the pain of the speculum being inserted and opened. I screamed from the pain the entire time and he took a swab of the yellow distance from the right side. He said my vaginal walls looked as if I had road rash with tiny pin pricks of blood on them. My urine had some white blood cells in it and the Sean was negative for yeast or anything. He gave me a week of Flagyl ( which I know I’m not allergic too. He said “Please follow up with your gyn asap. Do you think he saw ovarian cancer and wanted a gynecologist to tell me instead?
