I Had My Very Back Bottom Molar Removed Wednesday Afternoon.The

I had my very back bottom molar removed Wednesday afternoon.The dentist tired to remove it for 2 hours before having to cut into the jaw bone to remove the tooth.I now have 3 non-disolveable stitches also.My jaw is still just as swollen as it was after the procedure and I'm still very much in pain even with the pain killers and 800 MG ibuprofen, especially when trying to sleep..is this normal?I've also been on penicillin since about a week before the procedure.
