I Had My Wisdom Pulled On The Lower Right A

I had my wisdom pulled on the lower right a week ago. There was lots of pain for several days until today the pain was starting to subside and the whole was closing. Tonight after work the blood clot dislodged and I was bleeding a lot of blood. I put cotton in and now the bleeding has stopped now. What does this mean?
