I Had My Wisdom Teeth Extracted Nearly 1 Month Ago.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted nearly 1 month ago. The bottom rt side has been painful since the tooth was cut out. I narrowed the pain and symptoms down to dry socket. I have been careful to follow all the directions with the medications that were prescribed and keeping the incision site cleaned. Unfortunately, the pain has progressively worsened. I have a hard, painful knot along my rt jaw that sends pain radiating to my ear and is very painful to the touch. I also feel I have weakness in my bite on that side. I also still have numbness on the rt side. Trying to determine whether or not this is infection or a large hematoma.
