I Had My Wisdom Teeth Out And My Mom Says

I had my wisdom teeth out and my mom says some of the medication I'm on will constipate me. I hadn't gone to the bathroom in about four days and when I tried tonight I couldn't. I applied some pressure to around my butthole and it ended up coming out, but now I'm in terrible pain when I try to sit or lay down. What is wrong?
