I Had My Wisdom Teeth Pulled Exactly 2 Weeks Ago.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled exactly 2 weeks ago.
And the last 4 days the one side still has slight aches and when I swallow it seems to ache more or when I yawn for example that side aches. Is this normal? Will it go away with time?
I also seem to be getting headaches frequently.
