I Had My Wisdom Teeth Removed 9 Days Ago. I

I had my wisdom teeth removed 9 days ago. I have been informed that the site is infected. They gave me an antibiotic on Tuesday. Yesterday I started getting a ringing like pain in my right ear.
Tonight the dentist looked at it again and now there is an awful taste in my mouth I can't get rid of.
My jaw is also locked so I can only open my mouth about a thumb width.
