I Had My Wisdom Teeth Removed December 17th, About 4

I had my wisdom teeth removed December 17th, about 4 weeks ago. A couple days after I got them out I noticed I still had a swollen jaw and could not open my mouth almost at all. It cleared up and everything was back to normal. Today I woke up and my jaw hurt really bad so I just let it go it is now about 11pm and my whole bottom left side of my face is swelling up and there is a lump or bulge on the jaw line which hurts constantly and has grown since morning because it wasn't there when I woke up. Any clue on what it could be ?
