I Had My Wisdom Teeth Taken Out A Week Ago

I had my wisdom teeth taken out a week ago and ever since the right side of my tongue has been numb. I still can't "feel" anything but now it feels like something has been pulled or strained on that side if that makes sense.. The only thing I feel is tightness and pain in one spot on that side. What is this?
