I Had My Wisdom Teeth Taken Out Last Monday And

I had my wisdom teeth taken out last Monday and everything has been going good until today. On the left side top I had irritation with the stitches and now that they have came out the tissue area of them gum is puffy feeling with like an air pocket. What is this!!
