I Had My Wisdom Tooth - Top Left- Pulled Out

I had my wisdom tooth - top left- pulled out 3days ago; and my left side of my face is still slightly swollen. Apparently the tooth became fused with the bone underneath it and a small part of the bone was remove along with the tooth. Should I still be swollen on day three?
