I Had My Wisdom Tooth Extracted Yesterday And It Was

I had my wisdom tooth extracted yesterday and it was a difficult one. But panadeine forte is not helping. I understand their is pain, bruising and swelling associated with wisdom teeth extractions but the only thing helping is ice but not the overall pain, the forte is only making me drowsy, also having difficulty swallowing
