I Had My Wisdom Tooth Pull 17 Yrs Ago But

I had my wisdom tooth pull 17 yrs ago but part of the root was left and I have been feeling sick for years. Now I found out I had a infection all these years. So now I have had the root and the infection clean out but now my bottom lip,chin and gums are tight tingle and numb and it's been over 7 months.
