I Had No Any Problem Till 26th Year.but After That

I had no any problem till 26th year.but after that whenever I feel cold it's horrible and it affect only one nasal hole and one ear,I mean the right one.Dr told me that it's due to nasal bone bent in right side.he told me need not worry just care of cold.what I do?
