I Had No Injury Accept For Picking Up My 5

I had no injury accept for picking up my 5 year old and that actually hurt my lower back right when that's started to heal three days later the middle of my spine just twisting to get a bottle of water felt like it became dislocated and sharp pain. I can't twist sideways it feels like my upper half is going t fall off.
