I Had Not Been Feeling Like Myself, Tired, Short Of

I had not been feeling like myself, tired, short of breath after eating, nausea, loss of appetite, headache, etc. after blood and urine tests my white blood cell count was elevated to 11,400, I had white blood cells in my urine with trace of blood. they gave me an antibiotic to treat for a UTI (which I have never had before) I just finished taking all the pills, the dr did an abdominal X-ray and ultrasound . I do feel like I have more energy but oddly my nipples are very sensitive, I'm still not that hungry. they said they would follow up next week. thoughts?
