I Had One Episode Of Hematuria Last Week With Positive

I had one episode of hematuria last week with positive UA 3+ blood 3+ leuks, negative culture. Have seen my OB/Gyn and am scheduled for renal U/S on Monday. Have had intermittent feelings of pressure and urethral irritation. Today while away at a conference had several episodes of gross hematuria which resolved by early afternoon. No back pain. Is it possible to have kidney stones with no pain? Can I wait until Monday to be evaluated or should I be seen more urgently if I experience more gross hematuria this weekend?
