I Had One Lump On My Neck Before Christmas And

I had one lump on my neck before Christmas and kept it on the back of my mind. Not there is at least 5-6 lumps from my jaw to my collar bone. It is really worrying. It is 4 days until my 14th birthday(going through puberty). I'm hopefully gettin them checked on Saturday (the day before) I have acne. I also have spots on my tongue. Should I be considering cancer? It's it eorh getting checked? Maybe I'm just over thinking this but I really want to lie what is this
