I Had Open Heart Surgery 3 Months Ago. The Mitral

I had open heart surgery 3 months ago. The mitral valvemwasmreplaced, the tricuspid repaired and a double pay pass was performed. Various complications led to a six day surgery. After a 39'hospital stay due to loss of voice and swallowing difficulties I came home. Since then I have been plagued by gas problems, including belching. How do I proceed?
