I Had Open Heart Surgey Last August 2015. 5 Bypasses,

I had open heart surgey last August 2015. 5 bypasses, went to rest home for 2 months where I developed a chronic cough after being the 2 weeks. I saw a nose throat and ear special wher he removed ear wax and ran a light dow my throat, saw nothing growing gave me sinus med. and a nose spray. hasn't helped. ther is a tickle at the back of my throat. can you please help.
