I Had Oral Sex With My Boy Friend After 10

I had oral sex with my boy friend after 10 years without sex of any kind I found that I bled a bit afterwards can that be my hymen I was sexually abused in a previous relationship so thought my hymen had broken already I'm not on my period I just finished a couple of days ago and also the bleeding was only once in my nickers, I was quite sore when he fingered me but thought that wa due to the tightness what can I do to stretch my vaginal opening I also have problems using a tampon and have to have smears under ga as its too painful otherwise what can I do to help these problems?
