I Had Oral Surgery. Now I Have Serious Infection And

I had oral surgery. Now I have serious infection and hospitalized. I have had a migraine and threw up a few times. Doctors here don't think the infection is due to the surgery. My question is can I find out where the infection is coming from. I am on morphine and headache will not stop. I'm on my 3rd bag of antibiotics and my blood pressure is 80 over 53.
