I Had Oral Surgery Approx. 6wk Ago. I Have 2

I had oral surgery approx. 6wk ago. I have 2 areas that look and feel like cankor (sp) sores. I am using salt water and my medicated mouth wash that I got when I had surgery. Is there another way I can get rid of them, help with the pain, and help bring the chipped fragments to the surface faster. I don't think I could tolerate getting the molds for my dentures with the sores and bone chips on the front two bottom areas
