I Had Pagets Disease Of The Breast 3 Years Ago

I had pagets disease of the breast 3 years ago - mastectomy with failed reconstruction. My question is this - on my left side where the breast was removed I have pain in the sternum and some in the rib cage. On one hand I feel like I am over reacting - one the other I am not so sure. This discomfort has only been present for a week or so.
