I Had Pain In My Belly Button Then It Moved

I had pain in my belly button then it moved to right side low, running small fever, no appetite, pain was 3 yes and by night 9 and in a ER, THEY did CT SCAN and said my appendix look fine, my white blood cells are up, and now having a little cramping below appendix in groin area. I have no appetite. And the day before this happen I had blood in my stool.
