I Had Pain In My Wrist. Left. Seemed Associated With

I had pain in my wrist. Left. Seemed associated with my thumb some how but could never define. Then realize it was vein and swells. Not constant. Comes goes. Now has moved to my upper side of arm about 2 inches down from wrist and is mildly swollen. Feels like the vein. Certain movements cause sharp pain. Aches and always seems worse at night. Tryed brace. Doesn't work.
