I Had Pain Throat For 2 Days And Then M

I had pain throat for 2 days and then m era start pain . Now I have pain bleed liquid coming and still having pain. Every time the liquid come, there is some noise inside. I just took the flu medicine and feel better . Should I take antibiotic.
