I Had Pcos Before Delivery.I Am Now With My Firsy

I had pcos before delivery.I am now with my firsy baby one year old,breast feeding only during sleeps and have irreregular periods of two months gap. Does this mean pcos is still with me? Elders at home say,after delivery I am likely to b without it. I am confused, please help me,what should i do?
