I Had Pedicure Last Week ,day After My Pedicure My

I had pedicure last week ,day after my pedicure my big toe started to hurt, throbbing and the next next it was swollen and have pus in it. I am currently taking anti-biotic and I soak my toe in warm water , put peroxide and trim the scab and last apply anti bacterial, but still hurting . Will this go away slowly?
