I Had Persistent Pain On My Right Side Of Abdomen

I had persistent pain on my right side of abdomen n weight loss two months back. But with medication it became fine. But since two days after i hv been suffering from cervical problem, i had intake of few pain killers n sedative. The pain has again started in the abdomen. Is it due to medication or should i go for a complete check up of the abdomen? Kindly suggest as the pain is worst. Thank u.
