I Had Pinkish Urine Twice Yesterday And Today The Urine

I had pinkish urine twice yesterday and today the urine seems to be clear.. but this morning during bowel movement, my stool had some reddish spot. What could it be? recently it is very hot weather here n I have been taking 2 cups of coffee daily.. Do I need to see the doctor urgently as I just met my gynae 4 days back n diagnosed with very mild rectocele. I am doing the Kergel exercise now.
