I Had Pneumonia In January And Have Been Ill Since

I had pneumonia in January and have been ill since early December. I have had a cough since then and have been on prednisone and several inhalers. Also on 3 different antibiotics. Coughing still. No energy. Run a lie grade fever every night. Had a CT Scan if my chest showed scarring. Should I be concerned it is IPF?
