I Had Poison Ivy In My Pelvic Area ,it Cleared

I had poison ivy in my pelvic area ,it cleared up and a week later I thought it was coming back but when I looked in the mirror I have a spot about a 50cent piece that looks like a raw open burn. What is this. It is not from itching as it just appeared?
