I Had Polio When I Was A Kid And My

I had polio when I was a kid and my legs were paralized for about 4 months however I did recover and was verry active in sports and hiking.However when I was 57 I started to suffer pains in both legs and I had to retire from construction work.Right now I can only walk about 4 city blocks in pain.Is there any solution to this problem?Thank you
