I Had Polyp Removed From Uterus A Week And 2

I had polyp removed from uterus a week and 2 days ago. Recovery was going very well and 6 days after surgery I lifted a grocery bag and started having pain. I bleed the next morning and have gotten worse ever since then. Bleeding stopped after a few hours but pain is getting worse. No fever but feel weak and worn out. Pain under rib cage and all sometime throbs and now I started pain meds again. Should I see doctor?
